As an administrator / document controller you will support the Project Controls Team with administrative and technical tasks. You will be required to perform basic administrative tasks including filing, preparing and issuing of key documentation, to assist with minute taking from weekly meetings, data input into the CRM system, assistance with the timesheet and payroll systems. You will be required to provide support to the Project Controls Team consisting of Cost Control, Project Planning and Project Coordination, Project Managers and Project Engineers.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment across all operations complying with best practice, company procedures, risk assessments and legal requirements
- Promote a proactive commitment to improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative and technical support to the project controls team
- Work on CRM System, Cost Management System and Timesheet System
- Keeps technical drawing registers, datasheets and documents up to date under the direction of the team
- Develops and maintains technical databases and spreadsheets
- Sources technical documents, information and drawings as required
- Perform methodical review of all documentation prior to client submittal
- Support Projects in the compilation and distribution of documentation to clients
- Printing and filing documents, scheduling meetings, organising divisional travel arrangements etc
- Providing technical assistance to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Design and Engineering Team.
- Overviewing and ensuring housekeeping of Technical Files, Project Folders and Registers are in line with Company procedures
- May be requested at times to perform other tasks and work additional hours in abnormal situations to ensure customer requirements achieved
