Due to business growth, an exciting new Administrator role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking a skilled and proficient administrator with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and SAGE software.

**So, what could a normal day consist of?**
- Entering and managing orders through SAGE software.
- Checking and handling all account matters related to projects, including status, billing, and payments.
- Creating despatch notes and invoices using SAGE.
- Processing Credit Card Transactions, including payments and refunds, with adherence to security measures.
- Generating reports through SAGE to analyse data and provide insights.
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met and products are delivered on time.
- Providing administrative support and customer service.
- Maintaining SAGE housekeeping tasks, including Promised Dates and Up-to-Date Credit Information.

**What do you want from me?**
To be considered for this MRP Specialist role, you will need the following experience:
- SAGE50 and/or 200 experience
- A Level Maths (Grade B minimum)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to check all accounts matters relating to a project, including account status, billing, and payments.
- Be competent to create despatch notes and invoices through SAGE
- Be competent at Credit Card Transactions, including both payments & Refunds and security measures to protect both Client and Customer
- Create Pro-forma invoices & Credit Notes through SAGE, be able to run reports through SAGE, and maintain SAGE housekeeping.
