Holland Park School is home to the newly formed United Learning West London Cluster. The Cluster consists of five United Learning schools: Ernest Bevin Academy, Holland Park School, Paddington Academy, The Elms Academy and The Hurlingham Academy. We are seeking an experienced, qualified, bubbly and innovative Head of Cluster Marketing and Communications to join the West London Cluster under the line management of the Senior Executive Business Manager.

The Head of Cluster Marketing and Communications will be responsible for developing the Cluster’s marketing and communication strategy and tools (including social media), ensuring they are appropriately delivered especially marketing pertaining to student recruitment. The role will proactively seek and maximise promotional and engagement opportunities for the Cluster which meet ambitious growth targets and build positive reputations.

About You

Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must as is an ability to communicate to a very high standard in both the written and verbal form. Experience working with a variety of marketing software tools such as Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent and excellent website editing, and content management skills would be beneficial. You will be a strategically minded person that also enjoys the ‘hands on’ part of marketing in schools that leads to achieving the long-term vision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
