The role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a People Partner. In addition, you will have line management responsibility for a HR Administrator. Working with a supportive team to discuss strategies and approaches to given priorities

This role is a key position in the function, reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for delivering across the full employee lifecycle across all levels in our Telco division, several business-support functions and some of our business entities across Europe and the globe.

What do we expect of you?
- Work systematically through a high volume of employee relations matters with the support of your HR Administrator/Advisor with the expectation that you can navigate through complex ER Cases in a commercial environment independently.
- Confidently manage and deliver on multiple and often conflicting priorities across several legislative territories
- Demonstrable success in developing effective working relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels
- Success in managing projects across the human resources spectrum such as Investors in People and employee engagement surveys
- An active interest in people data and developing action plans with your stakeholders to address insights as they arise from the data
- An ability to look ahead and plan your time to meet the needs of a growing and fast-paced business
