We are looking to recruit Sports Centre Team Leaders to work with our part-time Sports Centre Manager to ensure the future development of the Sports Centre as a resource for the school and wider community. We would like to enhance our team with people who are passionate about continuously improving the quality of service we offer.

**Working as a Sports Centre Team Leader**

If you are an experienced Lifeguard or Recreation Assistant looking for the next step in your career, this could be an exciting opportunity to display leadership qualities and develop a new role.

We are able to guarantee a minimum number of set hours per week. Positions may involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require satisfactory safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced clearance by the Disqualification and Barring Service (DBS) prior to starting work.

**Sports Centre Team Leaders must have, or be willing to train towards**
- First Aid at Work
- Pool Plant Operator
- RLSS Trainer/ Assessor
- Level 2 Swimming Teacher
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualifications.
