Kidz Come First - Birmingham B7 4AA and B18 7HF

We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, fun, lively and full of new ideas.

Someone who wants to make a difference in children's lives and be apart of our Kidz Come First Team.

Main duties include: Assist with planning, preparing and delivering quality play opportunities within a safe and caring environment.
- Collecting children from local schools at our B18 site, transporting them to the centre by using a walking bus. After school club at our B7 site is onsite.
- Setting up the play space including moving furniture and play equipment.
- Providing refreshments and ensuring that hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
- To work face to face with children that are registered at the club
- Administering first aid when necessary.
- Consulting with children and involving them in planning activities.
- Helping with club administration, where necessary.
- Encouraging parental involvement in the club.
- Facilitating good communication with all members of the organisation, parents, and schools.
- Undertaking appropriate and relevant training.
- Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure.
- Working within the framework of the club’s policies and procedures.

Salary is dependent on experience.

J**ob Type: Part-time during term time**

**ASC 2.45pm - 6pm**

**Full time in the school holidays between 8am - 5.30pm**

**Salary: £9.50 -£10.50 per hour**
