**Procurement Lead**

Are you interested in driving Barons Eden to achieve and exceed? As a Procurement Lead, you will be a key team player within the procurement department. You will take a lead on managing purchases, ensuring that services are completed within agreed business timeframes. Working closely alongside internal departments and external clients, to ensure the business needs are met.

As part of our finance team, you will play a critical role in the purchases and services vital to enable the Company to continue providing an excellent experience for our guests that brings them back again and again.

**Expertise required will be to**:

- Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, lead time.
- Ensure suppliers provide items, services, and associated documentation in accordance with the company’s policies.
- Coordinate requirements in co-operations with the wider Operations teams to ensure timely availability of items or services to the company.
- Support management with identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely alongside the management team with tendering for renewals and new contracts/agreements, as well as identifying business needs and relationships to support with future operations.

**Skills required**:

- Ability to build rapport and relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Experience in hospitality preferable but not required.
