An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Specialist Infant Feeding Service as a Care Navigator supporting the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust and Kent County Council’s Baby Friendly Initiative (BFI) process.

The Specialist Infant Feeding Service is part of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust’s (KCHFT) Heath Visiting Service and provides specialist support for families experiencing complex feeding challenges.

The Infant Feeding Care Navigator will play a key role providing administration support to the BFI project managers.

The role will involve arranging and booking training for staff across both services and preparing for UNICEF assessments and progression towards achieving gold award.

We are looking for someone to be based at the Specialist Team Hub in Maidstone but there is an expectation to travel throughout Kent. We will consider different kinds of flexible working to support you achieve a work-life balance.
