**What is the opportunity?**:
**In this role you will**:

- By monitoring and reporting on performance, continually strive to improve the capability of the business unit, by motivating staff to achieve excellence across a broad range of regulatory sales and service metrics
- Department training from induction through to ongoing development and new processes
- Production of reference material to support our staff and customer
- Subject matter expert within Sales that acts as a reference point for sophisticated customer enquiries, ensuring appropriate outcomes
- Ability to interpret policies and criteria to ensure correct provision of advice or information only to customers and intermediaries
- Ensures sales & business requirements are considered through all elements of the role, taking into account conduct and regulatory requirements, as well as good customer outcomes
- Represent Sales & Distribution team for business wide projects and operational improvement initiatives.

**Essential Qualifications**:
CeMAP qualified or working towards same.

Sales & Distribution within Home Buyers & Ownership in our contact centre in Bristol contains vibrant Sales and Customer service teams. This role is based in the UK with the primary office location as Bristol to which travel will be required for in person collaboration.
