- About the role
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time post as Recovery Coordinator to support Humankind’s service delivery within Newcastle Treatment and Recovery in Newcastle.
- As a Recovery Coordinator, you will provide 1:1 support for service users, from brief interventions through to structured treatment.
- You will take a “whole person” holistic approach to ensure that every service user’s package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
