Job Summary
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As part of our leadership team, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent services.
We are looking for a person who will:
- lead and coordinate a team of recovery practitioners, to work in partnership with other stakeholders and to co-lead with the development and maintenance of high-quality service provision.
- take a lead in specific designated areas of the service, including deputising for any other manager when required.
This role promises to offer new challenges and opportunities within a supportive local and national context. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to build on existing service strengths, drive new developments, and make a positive impact.
The Service
Our service is a high-performing, ambitious, and well-regarded adult drug and alcohol service in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. We are committed to delivering excellent services and making a positive impact in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of recovery practitioners to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain high-quality service provision in partnership with stakeholders.
- Take a lead in specific designated areas of the service, including deputising for other managers.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and coordination skills.
