As a Deputy Manager at N Family Club, you will play a vital role in driving exceptional standards and delivering outstanding education, customer service, and team success. You will partner with the Nursery Manager to lead and deliver our Wildly Important Goals (WIG), which define our difference and make dreams become reality for every child, team member, and yourself.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver outstanding education, customer service, and team success
- Partner with the Nursery Manager to drive exceptional standards and achieve our Wildly Important Goals (WIG)
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business goals
- Competitive salary range of £31,500 - £42,500
- Performance-related bonus of up to £1,750 per year
- Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice
- Complimentary daily lunch and drinks
- Access to a personal development fund of £100 per year
- Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development through our N Academy
- Childcare discount of 40%
- Emergency childcare: 6 back-up childcare days in any of our nurseries
