A long established Commercial Vehicle body shop company in Grays, require an Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis.

£35,000 per annum (£16.00 - £18.00 per hour) working full time Monday - Friday plus a Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

**Your key duties in this Operations Coordinator role will include but are not limited to**:

- Managing all vehicles that are on site
- Managing daily collections and deliveries of customers vehicles
- Auditing all estimates that are converted in to jobs
- Communicating with the parts department to ensure that all parts are available for when repairs commence
- Formulating production schedules whilst working alongside the Operations Director and Paintshop Manager
- Managing the expectations of both customers and company salesforce
- Ensuring the correct authorisations have been provided by both insurance companies and work providers
- Providing updates to stakeholders (Client/insurance company/management co etc)
- Consolidating all jobs once complete and passing to accounts for invoicing

Supplemental pay types:
