**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Administrator located in the London area, United Kingdom. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible to
- Develop and maintain accurate, updated, and complete “Fact Sheets” and historical data relating to the specific products, customers, and key sales accounts as identified by the management and the sales team.
- Develop and implement an efficient, prompt, and traceable system for dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
- Organize and manage client visits and other third parties.
- Organize and prepare agenda/documentation for the Sales meetings and other meetings within the Commercial division.
- Maintain accurate records of the Sales meetings and take any follow up actions assigned/discussed in the meeting.
- Develop and maintain a system for accurate reporting of monthly sales performance vs. targets set for the key accounts and individual members of the sales team.
- Assist in preparation of accurate and fully defined “Product Sample Requests” including timing, quantity, package, technical specification physical appearance, etc. in accordance with the recommendations of the “NPD Committee” and submit to the appropriate Manufacturing department.
- Follow up, receive the requested samples, ensure their compliance with the original brief, and arrange delivery to the requesting party.
- Provide background information and assist account managers in preparation of Sales/Key Account Review Presentations.
- Shadow Sales Account Managers as and when necessary and as assigned by the Head of Sales or Commercial Division Head.
- Manage an agreed number of smaller customer accounts and achieve/exceed the agreed sales targets.
- Liaise with Dina Food’s Public Relations Agency and ensure timely and accurate recording/reporting of the content and analytical interpretations of the various PR campaigns.

**Qualifications**

Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in order processing, sales support or data entry
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in the food industry or customer service is a plus

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
