**Job Title**: Hybrid Sales Support Administrator

**Location**: London (1-3 day per week near Liverpool Street)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)

**Industry**: Financial Services

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hybrid Sales Support Administrator to join our clients team in London. As a key member of our clients organisation, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to their sales team while maintaining exceptional communication and organisational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Preparing and being responsible for sales proposals, files, and reports as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, other departments and lenders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and sales activities.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to client requests.
- Keep sales teams and individuals up to date on progress with their files
- Chasing and follow up with lenders for updates
- Reviewing files and checking documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services, or Lending industry, however this is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and articulate manner.
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
