Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with a leading Glasgow City Centre client, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and progress their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the purchase to pay process - matching, processing and paying invoices in line with the company’s policies and procedures
- Reviewing and processing expense claims in line with company policy
- Weekly Payment Runs
- Processing payments in various currencies
- Reviewing and processing credit card claims in line with company policy, along with reconciling credit card account on ledger.
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Month end tasks
- Weekly system reconciliations
- Run various reports to keep ledgers
- Ad hoc financial projects

Skills required:

- Purchase ledger experience would be preferred
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Strong team player
- High levels of attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£26,250.00 per year
