We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a leading, well regarded Law Firm based in Glasgow City Centre.

As part of the Cashroom team, you will provide a highly efficient service to clients, colleagues and partners.

**What you’ll do**
- Process purchase invoices
- Match batching and coding of invoices
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Handling supplier queries quickly and efficiently
- Liaising with Managers to gain authorisation of invoices
- Managing daily and monthly payments of suppliers
- Processing expenses
- Filing

**What you’ll need**
- **Prior experience in a Purchase Ledger role, with a sound understanding of the process**:

- Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Solid organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
- You will be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
