**CREATIVE DIGITAL DESIGNER- FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON**

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Creative Studio department for a Creative Digital Designer. The Creative Digital Designer is responsible for creating unique digital assets in the Creative Team to convey key brand messages in addition to retouching Creative assets. The successful applicant will create compelling assets including still images, motion graphics and kinetic typography with strong conceptual and strategic foundations across various Marketing platforms. They are also responsible for retouching creative assets output by the Creative Photographers ensuring a quality and consistent aesthetic.

The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Marketing and the wider business, to ensure that digital assets effectively communicate the desired message and enhance the brand's storytelling and overall user experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
Key responsibilities
- Producing high-quality digital imagery in alignment with our brand requirements to support the sale of our product.
- Maintaining incredibly high quality standards for all Creative digital assets
- Ensuring files are organised, backed up and easily accessible for the Marketing team and wider departments
- Ensuring that assets are correctly sized, named and optimised for upload
- Creating high quality presentations of work delivered confidently both internally and externally.
- Be actively engaged in creating concepts to support marketing campaigns and channel improvements.
- Create unique and compelling digital assets and presentation decks that effectively convey key messages and engage the target audience. Use a combination of typography, colour theory, motion and composition techniques to create visually appealing designs that align with the END. brand.
- Coaching, developing and managing the Creative Retouch team
- Create designs that are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Accurately following retouching notes provided by Creative Photographers, Creative Studio Manager and other relevant key stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Coordinate with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and effectively communicate project progress

**What you'll be able to demonstrate**:
Skills and experience
- Experience of coaching, mentoring and managing team members
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment, across multiple projects with accuracy
- Demonstrable experience in moving and still digital design and retouch, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects and design skills
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other relevant tools.
- Experience in creating presentation decks using KeyNote and similar software
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Experience developing teams and processes (preferably in a Studio-based context) in a controlled and efficient manner, whilst working to tight deadlines
- Strong market knowledge of the industry, our competitors and the ever-changing retail landscape is advantageous.
