OpSec is the leading provider of authentication solutions, serving some of the most iconic brands around the world. Empowering brand owners with data and analytics for manufacturing, distribution, retailer efficiency, online risk assessments and mitigation, consumer demographics and more. **The Role**:
**“Empower Brand owners to trace products through the manufacturing and distribution process.”**
Design and deliver pre and post sales solutions to the worlds’ most iconic brands. Devise bespoke digital solutions for intelligent supply chains.
- Support the Customer Care and Operations teams in digital program implementation and customer on-boarding
- Implementation of digital service solutions
- Support on-boarding of new client programs; gather necessary documentation and communicate requirements to clients and project teams
- Be a primary point of contact for program project related questions, concerns, and the resolution thereof
- Work closely with your technical solution support colleagues to ensure team collaboration in finding the most effective solutions for our customers
- Support the Sales function both on site and in the field to help deliver digital solutions programs
- Administration and documentation tasks related to Solutions program delivery e.g. program configuration documents, user guides.
- Updating internal teams on best practice, hint and tips, training and continuous education regarding the use of the systems
- Be the go to person for technical and functional support and knowledge on the platforms
- Daily monitoring of and timely resolution to technical queries as received through our help desk ticketing system for OpSec platforms such as InSight with the development teams where support is required on more complex issues
**About You**:
- Bachelors’ degree (Technical/IT/Supply Chain or Business)
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, meet SLAs and prioritise workload
- Experienced and confident in complex workflow mapping particularly for the use of customer facing documentation and internal process definitions
- Client relationship management or account management experience is desirable
- Comfortable with customer presentations
- Comfortable working with internet and web interfaces.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights, trends and recommendations
- Ability to interface professionally with clients, sales, customer support,
and development teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent I.T. Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, etc.
