We are on the hunt for amazing front-of-house staff to join Dean Banks at the Pompadour. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.

Dean Banks at the Pompadour opened in June 2021 in the Waldorf Astoria - Caledonian Hotel. The restaurant gained 3 rosettes and won best restaurant outside London at the food and travel awards.

The restaurant showcases Dean Banks’ cooking in a relaxed setting. Dean’s aim is to exhibit the best produce that Scotland has to offer. The menu constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons, which embodies our land and seas, producing a menu that showcases Scotland’s natural resources. The pompadour has been included in the early Michelin announcements along with gaining 3 AA rosettes.

As a member of the floor team, your roles will include:

- Providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, serving customers, liaising with kitchen staff, and cleaning down after service.
- Working closely with the front of house and kitchen team to deliver the best experience day in day out
- Promoting sales and adhering to licensing legislation.
- Serving high end: cocktails, gins, whisky’s, champagne, wine, and coffee

**Experience**:

- Experience in a serving position within a restaurant

We offer £10.50 with an equal share of gratuities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
