We are on the search for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dynamic individual to join us at the Sonas Hotel Collection asWaiter / Waitress Fine Diningatthe Knipoch House Hoteljust outside of the Island Gateway town of Oban.

About the role:

Knipoch House Hotel is the newest addition to The Sonas Hotel Collection. Acquired in 2024, our beautiful hotel has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment, and we are excited to announce that we will be launching a fine dining concept in the autumn of 2024. We are therefore looking for a Waiter / Waitress with Fine Dining experience to join our passionate team.

As the Waiter / Waitress Fine Dining, you will work closely with the Operations Manager ensuring we deliver an exceptional dining experience of the highest calibre to our guests. You will be responsible for the Fine Dining service within the hotel, working closely with the wider food and beverage team.

Given the remote location of this role, we can offer staff accommodation for those who require it. Accommodation rates to be discussed during the interview process. Accommodation also includes staff meals. Accommodation would be off site, so the ability to travel to the hotel (PA34 4QT) is essential.

Key requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (1 years minimum fine dining experience preferred).
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering an excellent guest experience.
  • The ability to champion, coach and support colleague training and development.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
