Full Time Office Administrator

Full time office administrator required for very busy long-established Birkenhead firm of Solicitors. Administrative role which requires an organised and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude. You should be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Typing/letter production
- File opening and sending initial protocol documents
- Ensuring case management system is kept up-to-date and ensure scanning of relevant incoming documentation
- To make outgoing calls to clients/third parties
- To help maintain outlook and paper diaries
- Creating court bundles
- Maintaining stationary levels
- Maintaining accurate and organised records
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and any other relevant reception duties from time to time under the supervision of our receptionist
- Help maintain file archiving and Will/Deeds storage
- To undertake any other reasonable task to ensure the efficient operation of the business
The working hours are 9am to 5.15pm with 1 hour at lunch, Monday to Friday.
