Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the purchase ledger including the processing of invoices, credit notes, supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Daily bank reconciliations, posting bank transactions, setting up BACS payments
- Process monthly staff expenses
- Processing Proforma receipts ensuring timely updating of back office system
- Raise cash sale invoices on a monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all transactions in line with Company policies and procedures considering legislative and regulatory responsibilities
- Assisting with month-end processes and any other ad hoc finance tasks according to the current needs of the business

- Highly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
- Proficient knowledge and experience of Word and Excel
