Job Title: School Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Finance Administrator to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide essential support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including teachers and support staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance or administration, preferably in an educational setting
