An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder & Dutton as a full time Customer Service Advisor in our dedicated Customer Service Team based at Head Office.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for promoting Ryder & Dutton services in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by your Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.

General Duties:

- To make outbound calls to build direct customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments for our services.
- To identify and recommend related services to customers which will generate revenue.
- To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities at all times
- Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Ryder & Dutton branches and departments.
- To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
- Any other duties as required.

You will need:

- Previous experience of working in a targeted, busy telesales/customer service environment
- An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good IT literacy

Hours: Approx 37.5 per week, shifts on a 4 weekly rota basis.

The shift pattern available has a start time between 09:30am and 10:00am and finishes at 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday working hours are 09:30am to 4:00pm.

Working days are as follows

Week One Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 4 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
