**THE ROLE**:
We are recruiting for an Estate Agent for a busy Estate Agency office located in west Belfast.

This role entails managing the regular and planned maintenance of our entire Managed Residential & Commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for scheduling property inspections and scheduling planned maintenance. You will also deal with maintenance issues as they arise. You will co-ordinate with Personnel & Tenants to ensure maintenance issues are flagged and resolved within the approved timescales and budget. You will work in a professional manner and demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills.

**DUTIES ARE AS BELOW BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Scheduling routine property inspections for Residential and Commercial properties
- Reviewing & issuing property inspections to landlords
- Following up on any recommendations made on property inspections with landlords
- Updating electronic & printed files with relevant documents
- Providing telephone support

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- We are looking for a person with an outgoing personality.
- You should have strong organisation & communication skills
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clean UK driving licence and access to a car
- A good knowledge of the building structure and ability to spot defects within properties
- Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use

**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**:

- Third level qualification at 2.2 level or above in a property/ Building surveying related field

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Work is office based but you will also spend time visiting properties to carry out routine inspections. Because travel within a working day is required, a full driving licence is required

You will be expected to dress smartly

**WORKING HOURS**:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm & every third Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
