**The Position**

As a Leisure Assistant, you will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the Health & Fitness Club and provide an exceptional service to our guests and members. You will work across the club performing a variety of tasks - from reception duties to pool/equipment testing, to ensuring the cleanliness of the club. You’ll bring enthusiasm and strong team working spirit to the role. You will need to have a professional attitude and be highly motivated with great attention to detail.

You will be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday on a rota basis working 5 days out of 7.

- You are passionate about providing an exceptional guest service
- You have a keen interest in a fitness environment
- You may be qualified in Fitness Instruction (Level 2 / 3) - desirable
- You are honest and reliable
- You take pride in your work
- You are confident to communicate with guests and colleagues
- You have strong time management skills
