**As an Enquiry Desk Assistant, you will**:

- Deal with enquiries from member of the public either face to face at the counter or indirectly over the telephone.
- Complete and process the necessary documentation relating to enquiries either by inputting onto the computer system or detailing information on a specific form, complying with legislation and policy at all times.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Work as part of a large team.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience of dealing with face-to-face enquiries from members of the public.
- Experience of using computer packages including MS Word, Excel
- Able to work shifts and weekends
- Ability to travel and work at different sites
