**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of meats, including beef, pork, chicken, and turkey, according to established recipes and specifications.
- Season meats with appropriate herbs, spices, and marinades to enhance flavor.
- Monitor cooking processes, adjusting temperatures and cooking times as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a cook in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a meat production or processing facility.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required.
