A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our small team to support a challenging and sometimes demanding customer driven sector. This is a very customer focused role and would suit an individual who can communicate well both face to face and over the phone and enjoys exceeding expectations.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- By becoming a member of our team you will have a key role as the first point of contact for all of the businesses operating out of our two Business Centres, from meeting and greeting through to undertaking a variety of administration tasks both for ourselves and our clients. Tasks could include;
- Meet and greet all visitors/contractors to the building
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Booking meeting room hire for internal and external clients
- Providing meeting room support
- Stocktake, for meeting room and office supplies
- Sorting and distributing incoming post
- Processing outbound post, including franking and recording postage expenditure
- Using a variety of software packages such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel to promote business
- Various administrations tasks such as word processing, data entry, mail merge photocopying, printing etc.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Full Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2
- On the job training to support role development
- Off the job training (College attendance) to support qualification requirements
- Employer will allocate dedicated training time to complete Off The Job (OJT) training requirements
- Functional Skills support - Maths/English - if required
