HR Administrator

We are currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join our HR team. The role will be based primarily between our Tower Hamlets and Hackney Campuses.
In this broad role you will work as part of a small team responsible for delivering a high quality HR service across New City College. You will ensure the smooth running of the recruitment and selection process across the College as well as provide the first line of advice and guidance on general employment matters in addition to providing administrative support for various contractual changes. You will maintain the HR system and prepare appropriate documents and correspondence.
