**Salary**: £20,000 - £23,000 per year.

**Job type**: Full-time, Permanent.

An opportunity for a motivated, efficient, well organised and reliable person to join our team looking for a long-term career in the property industry. Forces Homes is a property buying agent providing a comprehensive property finding and purchase management service to Military Service Personnel.

**The Role & Responsibilities**:
**The Schedule**:
Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm, and 10.30am - 1pm every other Saturday.
- Work in a small team and be a good team player
- Work in a busy and demanding environment and remain calm under pressure
- Work independently when required and take own initiative once trained
- Manage work load efficiently and effectively and prioritise tasks
- Keep meticulous records and have an eye for detail
- Be proactive in following up clients properties of interest
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Have an aptitude and thirst for knowledge and keen interest in property
A background in a property or building related industry and knowledge of the military would be advantageous, but not essential.

Interviews will be face to face.
