**Full-Time Healthcare Receptionist Opportunity - Altrincham Clinic**

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic **Receptionist/Administrator **to join our fantastic team in Altrincham. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all services within our **Altrincham **clinic, working cooperatively with individual clinical colleagues to ensure an excellent standard of service is delivered to all of our patients and staff.

**Sociable Hours & Shift Patterns**:
This is a **Full-Time **role where you will be working **37.5 hours** per week. While usual shifts will be 9am-5pm, we are looking for somebody who is happy to cover evenings and some weekends on a rotational basis to ensure we can continue to provide a fantastic service to our patients during all operating hours.

**Salary**: £20,475 per year pro rata, (£10.50 per hour) - with opportunities for overtime

**Responsibilities**:
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting patients and providing them with consent forms/safety questionnaires if required by the service.
- Updating the appropriate patient system to indicate that the patient has arrived.
- Booking clinics
- Making new and follow-up appointments
- Reporting, including dealing with urgent report
- Taking payments
- Performing daily audit of the next day’s clinic and reminding patients of their appointments
- Dealing with enquiries and telephone calls including preparation instructions
- Excellent customer facing skills
- The ability to work in a busy environment
- The ability to prioritise requests and workload
- Understanding of the strict regulatory requirements surrounding patient data
- The ability to maintain a professional appearance
- A flexible approach to work and changing environments
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
