Responsibilities:

- Patient Referrals
- Choose and Book
- EMIS Task management
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, and scanning documents
- Docman coding and workflow

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software such as EMIS Web, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28.5 - 37.5 per week
