**School Therapist (fixed term for one year in the first instance).**

**Grade 8, Points 23-26**

**37 hours per week. (40 weeks per year), 8.00am - 4.00pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.00am - 3.30pm (Fri)**

The Mead Educational Trust (TMET) is a family of thirteen primary and secondary schools all based in Leicester and Leicestershire. Together, we seek to Make A Positive Difference to the lives of the children attending our schools. Brook Mead Academy and Kibworth Mead Academy are the newest school in TMET, following on from the successful opening of Castle Mead Academy in September 2019. The schools seek to will build on the outstanding provision enjoyed at our flagship secondary academy, Rushey Mead Academy, which far exceeds national averages for progress and attainment, placing it year after year in the top 5% of schools nationally.

We are looking for a School Therapist who will join the team to build on the exceptional start made with our pastoral and safeguarding culture by our expert staff team.

**The new postholder will set up the more therapeutic provision for scholars who would benefit from this.**
