Aba Tutor

**Job description**

Self-employed ABA tutor positions available in Leicester working with a children, adolescents or young adults on the autism spectrum.

Enthusiastic, self motivated individuals are required to work with children and young persons at home or in school on a programmes overseen by a BCBA behaviour and education specialist. ABA programmes focus on teaching social and self help skills along with academic learning. Having your own transportation is helpful with this job. Although applicants will be self-employed, ongoing support and training will be provided along with support and guidance toward being successfully self-employed. This is a part-time post with opportunity to increase hours if interested.

An ABA Therapist:

- Works on a one-to one basis with the child or young person delivering individualised targets
- Receives supervision and direction from an ABA consultant
- Liaise with consultants and parents regarding the child's progress
- Assists with the preparation of resources required for ABA progress
- Attends workshops and meetings

An ABA Therapist Has:

- The freedom to set their own schedule
- The ability to work around their own schooling or other work responsibilities
- A lot of possibility for job progression

Working hours may vary within the hours of 4.00pm-7.00pm.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6 -12 per week

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
