The main purpose of this role is to be part of a busy contact centre, taking inbound booking calls and making outbound calls to our large customer database, with the view to booking service and MOT’s for all 7 of our dealerships.
- Taking inbound booking calls
- Outbound reminder calls to our customers, for all 7 of our dealerships, on a daily basis, ensuring our customer retention is kept high and service and MOT’s are booked in.
- Using Kerridge and various manufacturers quoting systems to price these services depending on various schedules available and then book in to our shared diary system
- Be able to use our diary system to offer collection and deliveries, waiting appointments and a pickup service
- Liaising with the service staff at the 7 sites
- Checking for any recalls
- Booking in diagnostics
- Motability service and MOT bookings
- Data capture, general admin and data cleansing on a daily basis
- Using each booking as an opportunity to upsell other products on that booking, ranging from a wash, emissions or air con control.
- Selling service plans

This is a very varied and interesting role working as part of a small team, in a friendly office environment, however it is extremely fast paced, so we need someone who has service experience and can multi-task as we are a multi-stystem organisation, so a great eye for detail, someone who is meticulous and organised is essential.

We are looking for someone who will have worked on a service desk, but now be looking for a non-customer facing role, if you also have contact centre experience in either a sales or a booking capacity and be used to using multiple systems and dealing with customers on a daily basis, so much the better.

Full training would be provided as this is an in-depth role, over a period of approximately 3 months.
