As a Senior Manager – Operations, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Concessions Abuse Prevention (CAP) team in India. This is a senior-level management position that requires a strong leader who can set the direction and enable leaders to manage Org Units (OUs) effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team of associates, team managers, and operations managers to improve customer experience, increase productivity, and maintain service levels.
  • Solve complex customer service issues by identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop new processes to better service multiple work types and evaluate work processes using Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, and other improvement methods.
  • Drive process improvements and keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of a performance-based culture.
  • Work with stakeholders across teams within and outside India to drive global programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and present ideas via clear written and oral communication and overcome time zone and geographic distance to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to leadership, employee development, and demonstrated ability to manage large high-performance teams. The ideal candidate should have:

  • 15+ years of overall experience in operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with general principles of workflow in an inbound contact center and current technologies to help manage that workflow.
  • Flexibility in work hours based on business need and high tolerance to ambiguity and dynamic changes.
  • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in operations or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma and a keen interest in technical systems and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience running large-scale production operations, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • A specialized skill set in running large-scale production operations, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • An additional degree, either an MBA or Master's in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
