About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Unique Senior Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing key industry relationships, strengthening client connections, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of business development, including market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships within the community, including local businesses and organizations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Keep all adverts and marketing materials up-to-date and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Maintain and update all networking databases and referral files to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and markets, and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure a smooth acquisition process and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of local communities and their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
