Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent (37.5hrs)
Shift pattern: Tues - Sat (14:00-22:00)

**Salary**: £23,500

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Releasing drivers in timely manner during de-brief and pre-brief
- Monitor and manage delivery logs and manifest Investigations
- Investigating and resolving manifest errors and discrepencies in line with loss prevention KPIs
- Prepare all paperwork for load completion to include labels and any special instructions
- Assisting with maintaining high loss prevention standards

- Experience working in a transport operation
- Good level of IT literacy
- Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to follow work procedures
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
