We are currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a busy, highly motivated, Ford Central Sales Administration Hub at our St Helens Dealership.

What Will You Be Doing?

Every day duties will include:

- Maintaining accurate sales department records and systems
- Ensuring all documentation is stored, processed and archived in accordance with Pentagon Motor Group Policies and Procedures
- Processing paperwork relating to Vehicle Sales from the Sales Executives, including Purchase Paperwork, Registration and Licensing Documentation, Finance Contracts and Invoicing
- Following Procedures in Accordance with the Data Protection Act to protect computerized records
- Promptly attending to customers needs, enhancing the reputation of the Pentagon Motor Group
Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm.

Who Are We Looking for?
- From a vehicle sales administration background
- Experienced in all aspects of Sales Administration, stock control, vehicle locator, taxing and invoicing.
- Highly organised with excellent planning skills
- Results focused
- Able to remain calm whilst working to deadlines in a busy sales orientated environment.
- Flexible in their approach to work
- Precise with high levels of accuracy.
- Able to demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality
Experience using Kerridge and working with the Ford brand would be a great advantage for this role.
