**ADMINISTRATOR**
We have an immediate full-time opportunity for an efficient office based Lettings Administrator to join and support a busy local Lettings team. Ideally you will have some previous Lettings, Estate Agency or building/property related experience.
Salary £25K
Key responsibilities for the Lettings Administrator include,
- Oversee the maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of properties
- Visit residential properties to identify repair and maintenance requirements
- Document the requirements and maintaining accurate records
- Identify any structural defects and signs of damage
- Report findings and recommendations to Landlords
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required

The ideal Lettings Administrator will need;
- Previous property related administration experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Gas/Electric legislations and deposits very useful
- Have a full UK driving licence essential (use of pool car for property inspections)
- Be a well-presented team player with a flexible approach

Hours 8.45am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
