The day-to-day duties of the Credit Controller are varied and include managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery

**The Credit Control Administrator Role**

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Liaise with sales managers and depot staff to facilitate debt collection, customer account management and reconciliation
- Resolve queries internally and externally around outstanding invoices, ensuring accurate records of all interactions are kept up to date
- Assisting the Credit Control Team Leader with aged debt review and reporting, providing accounts information to internal departments

**Credit Control Administrator Training**

As a training centre with a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator, we offer development opportunities within the role to broaden your skillset and the ability to gain recognised qualifications. We strongly encourage progression within the business, and many of our finance team have moved through the business into other roles
