**Sounds great What will I be doing?**
This pivotal and high exposure role will lead the entire journey of defining the build, project managing the delivery and launching and running a new brand for UKI, helping drive additional revenue for tombola as we seek to become the world’s biggest bingo brand, but also driving incremental market share for UKI as we look to grow our coverage across segments.
Employing a player & insight
- obsessed approach, you’ll lead on defining a strategy, proposition & go to market across all parts of the business, including but not limited to, research, testing, brand, digital marketing, commercial & product proposition, content strategy & negotiation, both in start-up mode, operationalisation and ultimately running the commercial & marketing contribution & P&L for this new business.
You’ll combine exceptional commercial acumen, with brand marketing expertise and an insight-led approach, to deliver on ambitious revenue budgets. Cultural acuity is also essential in this role as you will be operating as a senior leader within in the tombola business.
**What will I be doing? (But in bullet points)**
- Develop, own and deliver the tombola sub-brand go to market commercial strategy and define the player proposition.
- Own the commercial strategy across customer acquisition and lifecycle through collaboration with the Performance Marketing, Commercial and CRM teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building cross-functional collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Highly comfortable presenting and influencing to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and decide the content strategy & portfolio for the new brand, including any internal or 3rd party content relationships & commercial partnerships
- Work in partnership with existing UKI & tombola teams to define the target operating model for the new brand.
- Collaborate and deliver across multiple teams with a constant view on the customer
- Operationalise organisational strategy, execute plans, and change or react to how those plans are delivering. Embracing challenge and opportunity, being flexible in approach.
- Develop and maintain high player satisfaction and brand reputation in alignment with broader tombola brand strategy.
- Embody the tombola culture to empower positive change and innovation to deliver success for the business & division and the tombola brand.
- Developing strategy and forward thinking - the capacity to create a clear direction to realise organisational goals, considering a wide range of issues across and related to the organisation.
- Play an active role in the broader tombola senior management group, willing to get involved and influence projects outside of your direct sphere of influence A collaborative team player who can work with others across the organisation to deliver against objectives, whilst confident and knowledgeable when communicating directly to senior level and technology professionals.
- A highly motivated self-starter, who works at pace and is energised by the opportunity to build an entire Gaming & brand proposition & business from scratch.
- Proven strategic capability and possesses the ability to take a pragmatic view for what is best of tombola.
- Can prioritise by strategic potential and value add. Swiftly de-prioritises where necessary, to ensure highest potential opportunities have greatest success, therefore, not diluting strength of proposition and service.
