**About Lemon8**:
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skincare, travel, and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments, and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Use data to identify uprising creators for us to work with**: develop, manage and scale partnership programs to drive Lemon8's success in the UK market.
2. Understand creators' goals, analyze creators' content & performance, and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success.
3. Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on our best practices in other markets to help them accelerate their growth; ensure creators' deliverables meet the team's expectations. Meanwhile, collect feedback from the creators to help the product improve.
4. Be the UK cultural expert, support UK market research, and user insights, and help the global team understand the market.

**Minimum Qualification**:
1. Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, analysis, social media, partner or project management, creative strategy, creative production, or related fields

**2. Existing media relationships**: experience working with creators, entertainment, tech, and business/marketing media
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong in negotiation
4. Deep understanding of social media; aware of the latest trends on social media; be able to design an innovative marketing campaign
5. Self-driven, curious, passionate, and able to adapt to a high-speed work pace

**Preferred Qualification**:
1. Tech company experience is a bonus
2. Cross-functional partnership experience
3. Strong knowledge about creators' talents pool
4. Proven ability to prioritize conflicting demands and projects, focusing on results
5. Experience solving problems in a global collaborative environment
