**The Story**
The Sofa & Chair Company is the number one destination for luxury interiors, offering both bespoke and curated collections of standard luxury furniture. Our West London Showroom is the largest in the UK and offers over 140 different room-sets for customers to discover and be inspired by. We host a range of complimentary furniture brands such as Eichholtz, Giorgio Collection, Cierre and Technogym to name a few.
Over the past two years, we have been working towards our new phase and brand - Larkbury London. We’ve made significant investment in cutting-edge technology, positioning ourselves as leaders in the design world. Our aim is to launch 300 brands and 50,000 products over the next coming years to transform the online space for Interior Designers and professionals in the industry.
**The Opportunity**
As the **Buying Administrator **you will play an integral role in supporting the Buying & Merchandising team in all aspects of the business to deliver the departmental strategy. You would be working across different product categories, supporting on stock and logistics in different administrative areas. Your main responsibilities would be raising purchase orders, processing and updating all stock paperwork and ensuring all product codes are raised, shipped and delivered on time, ensuring all stock administration is accurately represented at all times on the company’s systems.

**Accountabilities**
- Set up of all new products, maintaining SKU information ensuring they are aligned to the range plan across all channels
- Manage order process including raising orders, monitoring delivery dates with suppliers and invoices are paid on time by ensuring information is communicated to the correct departments. Action any order changes. Weekly updates to the team and any issues to be escalated immediately
- Provide Buyer with essential information regarding orders and deliveries on all lines to ensure deliveries are on time
- Establish and maintain up to date price lists and catalogues, implementing price changes as required
- Maintain visual merchandising of the website, uploading new products & specifications
- Input all range plan product detail and ensuring this is updated as necessary
- Prepare and provide accurate analysis as requested by the Buyer
- Assist in preparing weekly trade report information
- Support Buyers in preparing for reviews, supplier meetings & Trade Shows in achieving sales, margin and stock targets
- Build and maintain communication with external suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of goods to S&C
- Liaise with the Interior Design team and the warehouse to ensure showroom samples are delivered and displayed in the showroom in line with the critical path
- Manage all product enquiries from Sales team within agreed SLAs
- Maintain returnable sample cupboard, ensuring all sample orders are chased and arrive within required deadlines in line with the critical path
- Carry out regular comp shops (online and in store) to develop good commercial awareness
- Support B&M team where necessary on a variety of ad hoc tasks
