Change Digital Recruitment is recruiting a Lean Portfolio Management Analyst on behalf of a nationally recognised financial services company. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland this company provide a broad range of financial products to consumers ranging fromsavings accounts through to loans and home insurance. As part of an ongoing business transformation programme the organisation are adopting an agile approach to project delivery across the organisation.

Based in Edinburgh the Lean Portfolio Management Analyst will support the running of governance, ensuring it remains lean and enables a faster flow of value in the organisation. This role will help the business become a more efficient, agile, and sustainableorganisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Working at an advanced level to prioritize components of a project, program, or portfolio work in context with risks, activities, stakeholders, etc. across the life of the project
- Work at an advanced level to develop the performance management plan, manage supply and demand, as well as manage value, issue resolution, and changes to the portfolio
- Providing guidance and training to others on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements
- Using extensive knowledge and skills to provide guidance and training to others on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives
- Providing support to develop the strategic plan, and roadmap and manage the strategic changes associated with the portfolio

Experience and skills
- Previous experience of Agile analysis within a large organisation or financial services business
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify business issues and concerns and support colleagues and teams in identifying solutions
- Previous experience of analysing data and translating outcomes to business areas and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and effectively support colleagues and business units
