Our retail banking client are moving towards an Agile way of working and are currently searching for a Senior Change Risk Manager. This is a really exciting time to get on board and help shape the direction and strategy of the bank. This role is based inEdinburgh and offers flexible hybrid working with some office working during the week.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the oversight of change risk at an enterprise level including the current Agile transformation
- Providing oversight and challenge to the governance and activities of Lean Portfolio Management
- Championing the enabling piece

What do you need:

- A background in overseeing risk with some knowledge of Change risk
- A deep understanding of Risk Management within financial services
- Knowledge of both SAFe Agile and Waterfall frameworks and methodologies
- Stakeholder engagement, management and strong ability to challenge
- An inclusive, engaging leadership style
