Change Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Treasury Manager who will be central to meeting liquidity and working capital requirements, as well as ensuring controls and reporting are efficient and accurate. This is within a new businessline and requires the individual to understand what drives corporate treasury results and risks.

In this role you will
- Managing the capital/liquidity reporting requirements from both internal and external perspectives.
- Responsible for managing daily liquidity risk by monitoring the accounting flows and ensuring the operational accounts are reconciled and with sufficient reserves.
- Support or run regulatory processes such as liquidity risk assessments, Stress test modelling, liquidity buffer calibration and optimisation alongside Risk and Finance teams
- Implement and manage FX exposures and recommend and implement appropriate hedging strategies, risk management and reporting
- Responsibility for creation/ management of financial reporting, profitability analysis, competitor and benchmarking analysis, strategy and global business case development and implementation of key commercial metrics
- Represent Finance in product strategy, performance reporting and insights, planning & forecasting, governance and ad hoc analysis
- Manage and mature the corporate treasury policy to ensure coverage of all treasury risks, roll out to the business & monitor compliance
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Experience of Treasury management, ideally within Fintech
- Experience of management of multi-currency exposures
- Ability to work independently, strong self-starter attitude, willingness to do multiple finance-related tasks and coach others
- Strong communication skills at the senior leadership level
- Working knowledge of FX management instruments, e.g. currency swaps
- Proven track record within Treasury Management
