**Doing amazing things together**
We have opportunities for highly motivated people to work in a demanding and rewarding environment. You will play an integral part of our Transforming Care Programme. The Programme has Positive Behaviour Support at its core, where we support people to move from long term hospital stay/residential settings to live more independently.
We're looking for people to work in a step-down service in Ellesmere Port, supporting 3 people to transition from a residential setting into a supported living environment to provide assistance in living a more active and independent lifestyle.
Currently we are recruiting for Support workers to work 4 nights a week (40 hours) this will include some weekends on a rolling rota
This really is a unique career opportunity for people who have the passion and commitment to develop their skills and make a lasting positive contribution to the lives of others. You don’t need any qualifications as a full induction plus professional training will be provided, including Positive Behaviour Support training, although previous experience of working within this environment is advantageous.
The most important thing is a caring and resilient attitude, and the ability to use positive, calm and clear communication to enhance the day-to-day lives of the people we support.
